About Us

We’re C&L Don't Need No Sauce BBQ, and we’ve been a restaurant and caterer here in Louisville, KY, since 2020. We specialize in all things barbeque, and we offer pulled pork, hamburgers, rib tips, turkey legs, and more. We started this business because of a passion for food and a great recipe that was met at the intersection of good timing and opportunity. We truly believe you don't need no sauce! We’re looking forward to partnering with Louisville, Old Louisville, South Louisville, and surrounding area consumers to continue to offer a premier barbeque restaurant experience. Truck driver with some down time walked across street to try. Met immediately with warm smiles and amazing smells. Order was brought out surprisingly quickly. Had a warm chat with owners and headed back to my truck and enjoyed one of the best lunches in awhile. Ribs were full of smoky flavor and the salmon croquette was amazing. Praying I get back through here again soon so I can have it again!!
